Striped Awnings & Poolside Color: Retro Vintage Outdoor Area
This outdoor area brings retro vintage style to the poolside with sunny color and playful pattern. A wall of blue and white Mediterranean-style tiles forms the backdrop, topped with scalloped yellow and white striped awnings that recall classic seaside cafés. In front, a round woven-cord dining table with a sculptural wire base is surrounded by striped metal chairs in orange, lime green, red and yellow, ready for long lunches by the water. Next to the pool, a covered lounge shifts the mood from lively to relaxed. A woven timber ceiling shelters low white seating with green striped cushions, while fringed pendant lamps in purple, pink, orange and green hang like a festive cluster of lanterns. Hand-painted ceramic plates decorate the wall, adding a collected, handcrafted feel. Pale travertine flooring and a soft green shrub keep the palette fresh and let the bright details shine, creating an outdoor space that feels nostalgic, social and made for warm days and evenings.
