The design approach for this project focused on creating a smart balance between comfort, visual appeal, and everyday usability—perfectly aligned with the apartment’s purpose as an Airbnb rental. A warm neutral color palette was selected, complemented by soft metallic accents and comfortable materials to create a welcoming, home-like atmosphere without excessive detailing. The primary objective was to design a space that immediately makes guests feel at ease from the moment they arrive, while remaining practical, durable, and easy to maintain. To achieve this, thoughtful design solutions were implemented to maximize value within the allocated budget, all while respecting the rental agreement and avoiding any permanent modifications to the apartment. In the living room, the space was designed to be comfortable and social, balancing simplicity with elegance. A curated coffee table and side tables with soft metallic finishes were selected, and decorative floor and table lamps replaced ceiling lighting to create a warm ambiance—without the need for any structural changes.
